On this job, application of plaster had been done when photo was taken. Plaster Finisher is on spiked shoes (like golf shoes) so as not to leave foot prints. As plaster gets harder to support the weight of the worker, 4 inch thick foam is taped to their shoes. |

After they finish, pool is refilled. After refilling, H & H dispatches a start up tech to get initial chemicals in the pool, equipment is started up, 1 brushing will be done. After that, the owner or pool service company will take over for the 2 week brushing process. |
