This make shift tent was constructed to keep debris from a Bradford pear tree from blowing in (March installation).  You can see from the waterline how much water was under the pool (a natural spring) requiring a pump to draw water during the plaster process.

These are the type of water table problems that can float pools.

This is the project about 1 week after plaster installation.  Owner is still brushing and dust is still being removed.

FYI-  Some nylon brushes have black tips.  In the brushing process, black can rub off on white plaster leaving a mark.  It comes off easily with wet/dry sand paper.  Might try a different brush.  There is a bottle brush that is sold for the inside radius brushing.  It works great.  Leaves big brushes for large areas and bottle brush for tight inside radius areas.
